How would you describe the Perfect Plate of Pasta?

Every student should give this a try. In at least 50 words: How would you describe the perfect plate of pasta?

  1. Please tell me crush pepper will be available! Two years ago I was out at Huston for two weeks with NASA PSTI. The experience was wonderful, I learned a lot about how to integrate Science, Technology, Engenering, and Math in a classroom. I just couldn't wait to get home and eat spicy food. We has pizza on several occasions but we never had crush pepper. I tried a Mexican restaurant next to where we were staying and, as you could imagine, complete disappointment. I guess I can pack some just in case. Other than that, I love to try new food, spices and flavors!

    1. From what I understand, crushed red pepper is fairly popular seasoning in Italy so I would think it would be available. Dr. Weber, correct me if I am wrong.

  2. I had never thought about what the perfect plate of pasta would be like. I enjoy pasta in many different forms, whether it is in spaghetti form, lasagna, or the way my mom makes it which involves plenty of cheese and spices. I love pasta no matter what, but I would really enjoy trying freshly-made pasta, which I hope to do when we visit Rome. Anyway, the perfect plate would have to include a scrumptious sauce that is fresh and filled with spices, that would make it taste like a little piece of heaven. It would also have chicken, and the noodles must be thick and soft. I would also love for it to be accompanied by freshly-made bread and olive oil. Add a glass of wine to this and everything would be simply heavenly...
